Welcome to the RoosRoast Coffee Subscription Program! Our three unique subscription plans aim to make your coffee-drinking experience as delightful and convenient as possible. Whether you're a daring coffee adventurer or someone who finds solace in the familiar, we've got a plan that suits you.
Types of Subscriptions
Subscribe & Save
What You Get: 1 or 5 pound bag(s) of coffee at the frequency of your choice (every 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 weeks).
Duration: Ongoing until you decide to cancel.
Cancellations: Cancel anytime before your next order ships.
RoosRoast Roulette
What You Get: One bag of surprise medium/light roast blend or single-origin coffee every month.
Duration: Ongoing until you decide to cancel.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime before your next order ships.
Full Spectrum Subscription Plan
What You Get: A new coffee type delivered to your doorstep every two weeks. A total of seven unique coffees over 14 weeks.
Duration: 14 weeks. Does not auto-renew.
Two-Month Subscription Plan
What You Get: 1 pound of coffee every two weeks for eight weeks, totaling 4 pounds.
Duration: 8 weeks. A great gift option. Does not auto-renew.
Payment and Shipping
Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Shipping: Included in the price for the Full Spectrum and Two Month plans. For all other plans, standard shipping rates apply.
Customization
Tailor the grind level of your coffee to match your preferred brewing technique or equipment. Simply select your preference when you subscribe.
Cancellation Policy
Subscribe & Save, and RoosRoast Roulette: Can be canceled anytime, provided you do so before the order ships.
All Other Plans: Once initiated, these plans cannot be canceled. They will continue to ship as described in the plan details. However, you can rest assured, that they do not auto renew and you will not receive another charge beyond the initial charge.
Renewals and Notifications
Auto-Renewal: Subscribe & Save and RoosRoast Roulette are the only auto-renewing subscription.
Notifications: Subscribers will be notified via email about upcoming shipments and renewals. A link to manage your subscription will be provided in these emails.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift any of our plans to a lucky coffee lover! Simply select the ‘This is a gift.’ option during the checkout process. We recommend gifting the Full Spectrum or the Two Month plan, so you don't have to remember to cancel.
