Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories. Sorry Canada!
When will my order ship?
We work super hard to get your coffee in the mail the following business day! We ship orders out Monday-Friday. (i.e. If you place your order on a Friday afternoon, expect it to ship out on Monday, the next shipping day).
When will I receive my order?
We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground shipping. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
USPS Priority Mail is estimated to be delivered within 1-3 business days. *
UPS Ground is estimated to be delivered within 1-5 business days. *
*Shipping speed is not guaranteed! You are always able to track your order via the link in your Shipping Confirmation E-Mail. or e-mail webteam@roosroast.com for assistance!
During the holidays, we highly recommend using UPS Ground. We have noticed faster shipping speeds and more reliable service!
How fast is a pick-up order ready?
Please give us 6 hours- a day. (Although it's usually much faster!) We will send you an email when it's ready. We love you but please do not arrive if you have not recieved this email.
If you need immediate service, order at the counter! (Yes, even for 5# bags!)
